This is the only one that really matters. The feature loses about 75% of its appeal if publishers are allowed to put limitations on it.
They who?
3k miles seems to indicate USA only too.
*Can members of the family play, if the owner is offline ?!
Very well I will wipe away the debt.
Sent my tweet, the questions in this thread are superb. Good work OP.
Its in Question 10.
no I don't believe so. We're just trying to have him look at the questions and answer them in his blog about family sharing that he said he will be doing.does he even post / have a account here?

All credit is due to Phawx. He set it up, I merely created the thread since he is unable to.
Can the OP please add if possible a question about what happens with non supported countries at launch? Something along the lines of "Are the checks ip based? Or is just ok if there is a game say from the UK activated on a UK Live account and the ip is irrelevant?" Thanks

I'm not familiar with tweeter at all, but if we all send a message to Major Nelson, isn't it some kind of spam / harassment ?
Well good work both of you, I hope Larry responds. All credit is due to Phawx. He set it up, I merely created the thread since he is unable to.
I'm not sure I understand your question. We do have a question asking if people from different supported regions can share. These questions are not regarding the 24 hour online check.
Just tweeted it to him right now. How many is that?
Let me put it in another way. Can someone from Poland(unsupported country at launch) get a game from the UK activate it with his/hers UK Live account even though the ip of the console is going to be a polish one.
I think they have said already that you need to activate the game in the country where it was bought, but after that you can use it in other regions.
But I may be mistaken, and I'm not sure whether this means that you have to buy games in your own country. If so, that would be the end of cheap imports from UK for the rest of EU. So I think that is worth asking.
The people targeted in #PS4NoDRM were alright with it.
I don't want to ask Major Nelson that since this whole thing is focused on Family Share. I think Hydrophilic's answer may help you.
Xbox rep Danica Stickel said:Military personnel will be able to take their Xbox One and play their games with them without an issue as long as the game has been activated once in the U.S. Your games go with you and play, no issues.
To expand on my answer this is what they said:
Note that she only refers to the region-locking and not the online-requirement.
