Okay, I'm doing this "quick" like you asked. No time to think!

NES: Mega Man
Master System: Sonic the Hedgehog
PS1: Metal Gear Solid
PC: FIFA 99
Game Boy Color: Pokémon Red
Nintendo 64: Pokémon Stadium 2
Game Boy Advance: Pokémon Ruby
PS2: Final Fantasy X
Xbox: Colin McRae Rally 3
GameCube: Pokémon Colosseum
PSP: Persona 3 Portable
Nintendo DS: The World Ends With You
PS3: Uncharted: Drake's Fortune
Nintendo Wii: Wii Sports
Nintendo 3DS: Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance
PS Vita: Persona 4 Golden
PS4: Tales of Zestiria

These are the first that popped up into my head. They're not necessarily my absolute favourites, but it's not far from that.

IBM 286 - Dangerous Dave
NES - Duck Hunt
SNES - Mortal Kombat II
GB - Pokémon Blue, Gold
PS - Crash Team Racing
PS2 - Silent Hill 2
PS3 - Last of Us
PSP - Naruto Ulitmate Ninja Heroes 2
PC - Unreal Tournament (1999)
X360 - Gears of War 2-3
X1 - Destiny

Genesis/Mega Drive: Yu Yu Hakusho: Maikyo Toitsusen - Growing up in Asia meant easy access to imports. My favorite Treasure game, fantastic MP.

Saturn: Guardian Heroes - No explanation necessary. Countless hours burned in the arena mode alone.

Dreamcast: Soul Calibur - Da gaphicz ahh amazinnn. *picks up jaw* And the game's fantastic too, of course - this game won me a lot of cash. War Taki!

NES/FC: Super Mario Bros. - The first video game I ever played.

GB/GBC: The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening - Still my favorite Zelda, bar none. Played this on road trips, remember dreading the batteries giving out.

SNES: Super Mario World - I love me some Chrono Trigger, but ultimately I will always associate the SNES with SMW. My cousin had an SNES like a year before I did, I was jelly over this game.

N64: Mario 64 - Showed me what platforming could become if you added an extra D.

GCN: Smash Brothers Melee - I didn't have many Gamecube games. As it turns out, I actually only needed one.

NDS: Dragon Quest IX - Remake or port... I'm begging you, Square. In my veins. So many hours wasted.

3DS: Phoenix Wright 5 - Having been generally unhappy with a lot of 3DS games, this was top of mind for some reason, despite being a second rate PWAA entry.

PC: Quake II - In my teenage PC days, I remember running this on a Pentium 166.

PS1: Battle Arena Toshinden - The first Playstation game I ever played.

PS2: Final Fantasy XII - I remember my PS2 disc drive giving up the ghost, and still managing to play this using PS2HD (note: I own a copy)

PS3: Dynasty Warriors Gundam 2 - The game in my PS3 phat's disc slot when it got stolen.

PSV: Persona 4: The Golden - The reason I got a Vita.

PS4: Resogun - The best PS4 launch game, and it was free.

UHH okay let's see. Never owned an OG Xbox, gamecube, saturn or 360, but I did play them at friends' houses. Never played a single Wii game, though. Weird. Anyways, as far as straight up word association gut reactions, here we go.

X360: Call of Duty 2

Gameboy: Oh shit another one fell in the toilet! Second thought: This game sucks let's try the next one in my 45 in 1 cartridge. Game- Super Robot Taisen

SNES: *playing TMNT / Mega Man X / Street Fighter II at friend's place* so this is what the rich kids do for fun. Game- TMNT

NES: Man, my crappy TV won't even work with old video game consoles (got it as a hand-me-down)! Game- Raiden

Dreamcast: I could play Frisbee with this monstrosity of a controller! At least the games are great though. Game- Power Stone

N64: Fuck this console all I do is get wrecked by everyone else in GoldenEye and Smash Bros. Game- Mario Kart

PS: Funny how every PS unit I played has the lid open or supported by some handmade contraption for it to work. Game- FFVII

PS2: DS2 is the greatest! Game- FFX

PSP: Wow we're finally going to get a legitimate handheld to challenge Nintendo (so naive). Game- Atlus titles

PS3: So expensive, but at least DS3 is still the greatest! Game- Valkyria Chronicles

Xbox 360: By god Microft got everything right. But I'll be damned if I shell out money for XBL gold. Game- Halo 3

PS Vita: OK Sony's got no chance but at least most of us will be double dipping on hard/digital copies. Game- Gravity Rush

PS4: DS4 is the greatest! Game- Bloodborne

*First to come to mind, not necessarily my favorite of the system

NES: Ninja Gaiden
SNES: Super Mario World
GENESIS: Sonic The Hedgehog
GB: Tetris
SEGA CD: Snatcher
N64: StarFox

GameCube: Metroid Prime
PS2: Final Fantasy X
Wii: No More Heroes
PS3: Uncharted 2
Wii U: Xenoblade Chronicles X
PS4: Metal Gear Solid V

A lot of my choices were influenced by recent threads.

SNES: Alink to the Past

Genesis: Road Rash

Gameboy: Pokemon Blue

PSX: Metal Gear Solid

N64: Ocarina of Time

Wii: Skyward Sword and Trauma Team (they just both crammed through the door at the same time)

Nintendo DS: Radiant Historia

Vita: Persona 4 Golden

PS3: MGS4

Didn't bother to filter these a whole lot. If I had to name a single game for each console by putting some actual thought into it, it'd definitely not be this lopsided toward platformers. (And I wouldn't have chosen friggin' Crush two times over, even if I did like that game.)

Thinking back to what systems I played makes me automatically think of the first game I saw/played for each most of the time

NES: Megaman 2, especially Metal Man's stage and its animated backgrounds
SNES: Super Mario World, running and flying in the first cape level of world 2
N64: Mario Kart 64, Kalamari Desert and the train
NGC: Smash Bros Melee, doing a Mario vs Bowser on Peach's Castle for the very first fight
Wii: Mario Kart Wii, that snowy halfpipe track for some reason
WiiU: Pikmin 3 and its pretty surroundings

Gameboy: Dr.Mario, the way that one big brow virus does his little dance
Gameboy Advance: Advance Wars, fighting Grit in campaign mode
Nintendo DS: Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2, having all those different looking units in the guild menu
Nintendo 3DS: Fire Emblem Awakening, because I have a special edition Fire Emblem 3DS :p

Playstation: Tekken 3, King's weird looking sky ring arena
Playstation 2: GTA:San Andreas, the starting area since I played that portion a whole lot
Playstation 3: Little Big Planet and it's floaty singleplayer

(all PC but fuck it:)
DOS: Stargoose and how I game over'd within a minute usually
Windows 95: KKND Xtreme, slowly building my base in a cramped map while the other 7 AI players couldn't correctly send out their units to attack
Steam: Team Fortress 2, the Dustbowl map even tho I really dislike it

Atari 5200 - Congo Bongo (anyone else remember this one? Actually, did anyone else have a 5200?)

I didn't have a 5200 of my own, but I traded one for my colecovision for awhile with my friend and I played Congo Bongo on it. I also remember there was this game show that came on about 3:30-4:00 pm where competing kids would play arcade games in front of a studio audience, and they played the arcade version of Congo Bongo in one episode.

found the show, it was called starcade. Here's an episode if anybody is curious what it was like ( though this one has a a middle aged man playing against a third grader which seems pretty funny)
