Yeah, maybe I'm overreacting but it is nauseating.
So I got in touch with the landlord and they say it's a police matter.
I can't see any action being taken tbh, nobodies kicking down doors armed with AK's for some turd stinking out my abode.

It's a sweeping generalization I know, but I always associate it with lazy good for nothings.
Or people who think they're so in tune with the world because they talk out of their lazy arses while sucking down that shit, all philosophical and "Hey man, relax, you'll live longer..."
