It's a shame that the Notorious B. I. G. was shot, thus rendering him unable to output an official corpus large enough to be included in this analysis.

I think part of this might be since he used the first 35,000 words they used, and Eminem's early stuff was really angry violent music. He hadn't really refined his style at that point in his career.

I was sort of thinking that too, if you consider just his early work it wasn't that diction-heavy. He definitely uses the word "microcosm" on Recovery, which I'm sure was too late to be included
