2/5

-Price too high.
-No AAA 'exclusives' that interest me. (DR3 probly coming to PC like 1/2, TitanFall also coming to PC)
-No indie support
-NO WORD ON DRM.

MS can eat a dick.

All things considered, it was jam-packed with games... non-kinect games. A good throwback to old MS. So as far as their "gamesgamesgames" promise, and without factoring my personal take on the games previewed, I think they delivered on that promise.

Sony needs to match the format or exceeded at all costs, minus the price-tag, obviously.

No crazy Kinect waggling at all. A few mentions but great to see actual games and some hybrid stuff being the focus.

3/5

+ Lots of games, almost only games

-I felt sory for Kojima, it felt like he was forced to be there.
-Most games where meh for me, the ones that interested me where MGS and Witcher 3.
-All of the game presentations that where passed off as gameplay where awkard to say the least.
-Price
-Audio failures.

I went with 4 judging it purely on the conference itself.

If that was all I'd seen of the Xbox One and didn't know anything else about it I'd be really excited for that system right now. And they showed games and not extra crap which was great.

Some awesome games shown. Titanfall looked great, especially like the movement potential, reminded me of playing UT2k3 back in the day. Killer Instinct is terrifying, "We listened" was hilarious. 360 looks like a great home for gaming as this new gen starts. What a different world it be if the first reveal and DRM disaster hadn't occured, would be hyped for the new xbox. Oh well, your up Sony!

2/5
+ Killer Instinct
+ Dead Rising 3 coop

- $500 and I can't sell/trade my games to anybody I want.
- Net required every 24 hours
- $500 and I still need to pay $50 for XBL
- Wish they took the graphics and used that for State of Decay

Quite good. Some interesting stuff. A lot of shootbang. Most of the best games were multiplatform. £429 is hilarious.

It didn't live up to the hype at all. I'd say 7/10 but they needed a 10 to turn around the past few weeks.

Hmmmm..

5/10 I didn't see anything worth 500 bucks. This is my personal rating though, I'm sure for some people's tastes it's much higher, or even lower (though too low is discrediting that they did, in fact, show games and all.)

Surprised it costs so much and that other questions weren't answered.

Aside from the KI and indie stuff, nothing was truly new and unexpected, and the sequel stuff didn't show enough crazy stuff yet to get me excited enough to forget the price and the DRM. I want to see what that new Halo is about. I hope Killer Instinct is a game worthy of the franchise. I think that What Lies Below could be cool...looked old-school Zelda-y. I think Titanfall could be the new MP hit that supplants these regular FPSes if it plays as good as it looks.

That price, and that DRM though. LOL @ the husk of Rare. LOL @ games that want to be serial TV shows and murder mysteries. And looooooooooooool at the PS+ alike stuff...at least they should've included games that people would actually want to download. This program is only going to last for the duration of the 360, right? Only like...2/3 years late, guys. Would they have the courage to put something that would actually be of value on this promotion, like Gears 3 even?

Anyway, I'll say the conference was a 3/5. KI alone is worth a point, even if it sucks.

I thought it was definitely a good conference. Voted 4/5. They definitely kept their promise of focusing on games this E3. Yes there were some technical difficulties, and dat price. But overall I thought it was great. It was what most gamers wanted out of a conference I imagine.

Everything was pretty solid minus the small hiccup during Dice's presentation.

The price of the system took the wind right out of their sails though, provided that Sony does beat them in price.

The games presented were great and varied. They just priced that fucking thing way too high.

2/10.

Witcher and MGSV are the only things that caught my attention games wise.

499$ for a DRM machine is a huge fucking NOPE! for me.

2/5 for the conference.
Ryse looked great but I didn't like the QTEs. Metal Gear v looked absolutely awesome though.
Other than that, nothing really made me scream 'OMG'

I gotta go for a 2/5. The games weren't great and nothing that really showed off the Xbox One imo. Also, how come I can't vote?

It wasn't a bad conference but it wasn't exciting to me, project spark looked like a fantastic concept. The price is a little steep though. 5/10

I came in ready to be bummed that I wasn't going to be able to play some of the cool stuff they showed.

They saved me by not showing anything at all that looked decent.

1/5

They said it would be all about the games. They had a conference that was all about the games.

I don't get the disappointment.

they showed 16 Xbox one games. How many did we see gameplay of? 4?

3/5

Nothing presented today excited me more than stuff I'd already seen.
So, I'm loving what T10/Forza 5 is doing, but essentially everything else was meh for me.
They said they'd bring the games and they did, so I can't give them less than average for that.

I don't wanna come off as a hater, but graphically, NONE of the exclusive were that impressive. Maybe they are late, developement wise and, thus, rough around the edges...

Very happy about Microsoft conference because it made me not want one.
Only Below, Witcher 3 and MGSV are interesting to me and two of them aren't even exclusive.
Titanfall was impressive for a competitive multiplayer game and is going to be huge and deserve to take over COD but I'm not into those.
Microsoft obviously knows it's their most and only truly impressive exclusive game.
Ryse was abysmal from a gameplay perspective and made me roll my eyes.
And a lot of the games are very very far. Quantum Break, Halo and all announcements not showing gameplay will probably not make it into 2014 except Halo. Microsoft Studios seem late in their development pipeline. A drought in 2014 is almost unavoidable.

Even if you dislike the system's policies (I do), it's hard to say that was a bad conference.

Look at what we've been getting from E3 conferences for the past generation, this was one of the best; probably the only one that was better was the 2006 Sony conference when they made all those promises they couldn't keep.

About the only bullshit present was the time spent on SmartGlass, and even that wasn't so bad.

Lots of games, including stuff I care about and didn't expect like Dark Souls 2, The Witcher 3, and The Phantom Pain. These games are not going to be exclusives, and some of them I will buy on PC anyway, but Microsoft still had the first showing of those trailers.

Also, their streaming service (which I personally do not care about) looked better than Sony's.

I personally thought the conference was pretty good.

I'm so tired of conferences that get bogged down in numbers and figures and charts and talks and speaches. It was good to see a conference that had game after game after game after game

Out of 5 I would give it a 3. They definitely stepped it up and brought the games but I can't get over the fact Ted Price saying "Can only be done on the Xbone" what a traitor. Overall though not a bad conference. Could have been much worse.

Excited for the rest of the day though.

It was good.

+ Game, after game, after game.
+ MGS5
+ Quantum Break
+ A peak at the gaming side of the OS
+ No Kinect.
+ No CoD
+ No Sports
+ No TV

- $499
- DRM policy/no mention of the negative feedback and altering course cause of it

MGS5 was neat, the shooters didn't really appeal to me, there was technical issues on stage, and oh yeah... a rape joke.

I could go into more details, but really, the rape joke just seals it. No points for Microsoft. But since there's no 0 points option, I'll have to give it one. For MGS5, I suppose.

2/5

-Most of the games are timed exclusives and will be available for other platforms.
-Killer Instinct and Ryse look like shit.
-Insomniac and Capybara games are the only exclusive games worth a damn.
-Titan looks amazingly average. That game's been in development for years.

6/10

Titanfall saved their bacon big-time. It looks dudebro as fuck, but it looks like it does dudebro about as good as dudebro can possibly be done. That game alone raises the score 2pts.

Ryse was a huge disappointment for me. So derivative. God of Duty.

The guy who casually inflected rape to the woman demoing Killer Instinct really lost my respect for MS.

"Let me finish, it'll all be over soon."

also: SIX HUNDRED AND SIXTY-EIGHT US DOLLARS for europe.

It was decent. Titanfall looks great, 60 FPS and Dedicated Servers Halo is AWESOME, but the price is scaring me off, and the DRM issues are...well, still there.

I tuned in for the lols but was really suprised! A bit too much fast-paced maybe? Felt like they took all possible announcements and decided to cram them in all at once. I'm still not getting one.

Damn lots of MS hate here. I don't see how anyone can think that was anything but one of MS's best briefings ever. They showed game after game without interruption. People are letting the DRM issues taint their impression of the conference.

The only bad thing was perhaps the price, but I don't see the PS4 being any cheaper than that.

Good conference. 4/5 Tons of games, tons of exclusive, and a ton of interesting titles. Showed everything from AAA titles to Indie titles.

I find it kind of laughable that people despite Microsoft showing a ton of games, are disappointed. Microsoft showed a ton of games with zero Kinect/TV, the recipe for success according to many people yet still disappointed. And even some 360 stuff as oppose to ignoring it. They showed a lot of exclusives too.

Titanfall looks absolutely fantastic. Same with MGS5, Forza, DR3, and Sunset Overdrive.

The price was bad. That shouldn't have been announced at that price.

+Good games and no Kinect/TV.
-Stupid price.

I'll give it 4/5.

I liked Crimson Dragon, Project Spark, Ryse, Quantum Break, TitanFall and the indie games (Beneath?)
