Yes OP, you should definitely have him enter your house so he knows exactly what else he can get when he comes back for the PS4 a few days later. And only for a $20 convenience fee!

I bought a Like-New PS4 from Amazon for $300, and I'm quite happy with that deal. Picked it up pretty much just for The Last of Us Remastered, right now. I might pick up some games on it I would otherwise play on PC, just to have something to use with it.
If there's anything coming out in the near-future that interests you, I say go for it.
