Not difficult perse, but once the pile becomes thinner, it doesnt have the same consistency as an omelet whhich is much more of a joy to eat. And tastier. Maybe that placebo tho.

I love anything hot. If I don't buy vindaloo from my local indian, I get my chicken in a naga chilli mix. I dont buy hot sauce per se unless its african birds eye chilli, but I prefer pastes.

Everyone is different. It's not going to make your eyes water but it makes it spicier and have a solid hot pepper taste that's so good. But I prefer sauces/pastes that you can taste the ingredients that went into it rather than just heat.

Then there are people who will say a chipotle sauce is spicy and I'm like this is the most mild thing ever. On the other end of the spectrum, I had a Thai friend growing up and we'd make these microwave ramen packets that were actual open flames in the form of noodles.

Aye I think your ability to taste the flavour depends on your heat tolerance. Back when I was in uni, a chinese girl invited me over for Chengdu hotpot. She said her local hotpot is one of the spiciest in all of china.

I thought brilliant, how spicy can that be, I will love it. When preparing it in the kitchen, all windows int he dorms must be opened, and the kitchen was fucking unbreathable. That should have been my red flag. The smoke coming from this pot would make you believe her kitchen was on fire.

One bite melted all the tissue on the inside of my mouth. 3 days it took for me to be able to eat anything again. I drank milk the whole time.
