Watch Out For Fireballs is a great, mostly retro focused game podcast. If you're into the Souls games then Bonfire Side Chat by the same guys is good. The network also has both a general games and an indie games podcast, but I've never listened.

The Giant Bombcast, Idle Thumbs and 8-4 Play are all great podcasts. Idle Thumbs is always interesting since they would have conversations about game design sometimes.
