Only saw Wild ARMs 3 mentioned once. Was one of my favorite PS2 RPGs. Phenomenal soundtrack and fun to play and explore. Give it a shot.

The 3DS version had a turbo mode but i hate it personally. Makes the characters look ridiculous and completely ruins my immersion.

I'd argue its probably poorly implemented then.

The extreme slow pace of some of those old RPG gems is the only reason I sometimes whip out the emulator.

It's a girly game, but Final Fantasy X-2 is worth picking up for the battle system.

I actually vastly prefer X's (it's my favorite FF battle system) but X-2's was good as well.

I know but I have the ps2 , might as well go the original route , and yep complete with manual , cost me $13 from ebay, pre used but its in good condition.
