I'm with you. I had to open the topic to focus what it was actually talking about.
I'm just waiting for the person who did this to shrug and upload a 20 + min tutorial in how to fake things to get subscribers and do a weekly series.
I read the title as Paper Metroid, which would have been infinitely cooler.

It's not that hard really. You take footage of "playing some game on 3ds". Camera track it with blender for example. And paste fake footage over original one. The only "hard part" in this video is changing title screen.
