I see people saying that incest is outright gross and wrong, but in the event that it's consensual sex between two adults, what's the problem with it?

Any children born from that type of intercourse have a much higher probability of having birth defects, disabilities etc.

I don't care what consenting adults do with one another provided they are not harming anyone. Procreating would potentially produce children with serious health issues, so them having a child would be a big no in my book. But other than that? Who's business is it, who cares? Even setting aside the fact that the guy was underage, I have real problems with a sexual relationship being initiated by a parent, no matter what the age.

Not that much higher. While there is an increased chance, there's still less than a 10 percent chance of birth defects in children from incest. Smoking while pregnant is 3 times more likely to cause birth defects than incest.
