Prepare to clear your sd card and redl a new zone everytime you go to a new zone, and add party members using friend codes.
I can see them doing this anonymous unless you want to do voice/text chat. You walking around, and then you lock eyes with another trainer. No chat needed, just a battle.

Looks like E3's gonna be a good one this year. I'd bet on Wii Sports 2. Kid Icarus is a possibility as well. Would like to see a new Retro game too.

If I see this JPG used one more friggin time on here, I'm gonna go and smack someone randomly and cut their nuts off.

I hope it's a Capcom-developed DS Zelda game.

No point when the Capcom director who did Oracles and Minish Cap (Hidemaro Fujibayashi) left Capcom to join Nintendo EAD in 2006. With Capcom's blessings of course.

Wow, I didn't know that. Coolios. :)

OH god.... every single press release.... reggie... give it a rest, you've been saying things about 'exciting gamers' and 'not leaving gamers' behind for so long...

Nobody went anywhere. OK?

hmm "Game" and not "Games"?

That is too bad..

My guess would go to Pikmin 3, Animal Crossing or possibly a new Zelda (may be too early)

What I would like to see is a new Kid Icarus or Punch Out but I doubt it :(

Wait, was this the real Reggie "Fees-uh-may" or the one Garnett often refers to on 1UP Yours, one Reggie "Fills Amy"? :lol

Also, Pokemon Wii confirmed.

I just can't take anything Reggie says seriously anymore. Whenever I see him say something about hardcore games/gamers, I just remember last year's E3, where he said something like, "People often ask us when we're going to go online. Well my answer is, we already are online."

Kirby in something.

Hopefully the eventual resurfacing of Kirby GC, but revamped for the Wii.

I prefer Reggie Phil-Anime.

not to hate... but i think its about time people stop suggesting this every time these threads come up.

Well, Pit is in smash now, so it's the next step.

Wow you guys are frigging pessimists :lol :lol

I am 99% sure Reggie is not just talking about Animal Crossing here. He talks about a specific title that will get gamers excited. My bet is on Kid Icarus.

I doubt it. It hasn't been around since GB and NES, why should gamers be excited about it? I would be though but I doubt a lot of others would be :(

Here's hoping for Pikmin 3 and Paper Mario 3 :)

Kabuki Quantum Fighter II!!!

3rd person! 1:1 hair control!
if only, if only HAL would revive any of their properties, like Lolo, or, HyperZone. Don't tell me a Starfox-without-the-sucky on Wii wouldn't kick arse.

But its not, it has to be something new, or something completely unexpected. Would anything be more of a pleasant surprise to the hardcore then a new Earthbound game? I would say not.

Kid Icarus Training Fit Age: Casual Waggle Edition

None of Nintendo's unannounced franchises qualifies as big except Animal Crossing.

I'd be most interested in a sequel to Fzero GX, hopefully with online play, but unless it's made by Amusement Vision it will probably suck.

The most logical things that would fit into their 2nd half would be:

- Mario Superstar Baseball (August)
- Kirby Wii (Late September)
- Wii Music (Late October/Early November)
- Animal Crossing (Late November)
- Disaster: Day of Crisis (Early December)

Place either Star Fox or Pikmin somewhere in there, not quite sure where though. Either one of those which doesn't make it goes early 2009 with F-Zero. Then we'll have some supporting pieces in Tales of Symphonia, King Story, and Fatal Frame 4.

Just for reference, I was pretty spot on with one of my predictions last year from what I remember. I had Brawl delayed and not Galaxy, (had Prime in September, though).

Its consistantly the franchise Nintendo fans ask for the most. The fans that bought tons of Zelda two years ago and Mario last year. "not being around" is a silly argument. Samus wasnt "around" before Metroid Prime

a kid icarus title is definitely on the way, but i doubt it would be nintendo's big game for the holiday. this is a complete guess, but maybe animal crossing wii? that would certainly please both hardcore and casual gamers, and the previous iterations sold shit-tons

Brawl is a very smart way to introduce fans to other Nintendo franchise. Pit is such a bad ass in Brawl and I'm ready for his game.

Yeah, because F-Zero and F-Zero X both sucked.
