damn, that size differential is crazy. also heard Goldberg jackhammered big daddy v a few months ago on that wrestling tour somewhere in the east.

didn't Golbderg injure a bunch of other wrestlers because he sucked?

No. He injured Bret Hart in a match where Bret Hart had already injured himself two times in. He did it with a kick that he'd done in just about every match and never hurt anyone with. It was just an accident. Goldberg hurt himself a lot, though.

After IRS repossessed his headdress and made Tatanka his bitch, they turned him heel. He never really recovered. That's the power of Irwin R Shyster.

Heel Tatanka was really bad, dude was meant to be a face for life.

You ever hear the stories of Tatanka showing up with character ideas?

Nope. Only Tatanka-related things I know are that he either owned or worked at a gym, and he had that run like 7-8 years ago that was decently received.

Alright so, I think it was in like...2005, 2006...he showed up with WWE and was going to do a little program with them, and he looked phenomenal. I think this story was told by either Alex Greenfield or Court Bauer (ex-WWE Creative folks) but he's like man, he's looking great for his age, can't wait to get him out there and see what he has - and Tatanka was like "Man I got all these great ideas written down for my character and what to do, I've been doing this for a year or two" and the creative team were like "hell yeah let's see it, let's meet."

Tatanka shows up for the meeting with a 3.5" floppy disk that has his great character ideas. In the mid 2000s. Amazing.

You missed his random return in 2005-2006 where he was a featured player on Smackdown.

I saw it. It was right before I stopped watching. Tatanka was at that age where he was still big but you could see the wrinkles in his muscles. From what I remember they did nothing with him.

Maybe he wanted to make sure TNA could check it out too if WWE didn't pan out?

The Giant/The Big Show used to do stuff from the top rope. He was super athletic for his size. I don't know if his massive weight gain was due to laziness or what, but he could have been a huge star.

Didn't The Undertaker says something along those lines? That The Big Show could be the best in the world if he wasn't so lazy?

Yeah, before WM18 in an out of character interview (I think it was Off the Record). And he's not wrong. The Giant was an amazing physical specimen.

I wonder how things would have been different for his career had he come to WWF and come up with the Undertaker around instead of Nash.
