Reminder time: Zack & Wiki is OUT NOW in Yuroland

Alright, I'm gonna lean back and wait for my paycheck from Capcom now, since I obviously have done more to promote the game in Yuro than they've done.

Let me know how that goes, will you? I'm planning on picking this up when I get paid next Friday, and I always enjoy traversing real shops instead of just surfing around for the best deals.
 
I would buy it, but, I'm poor as can be. Sorry guys...... Oh and I've heard nothing of the game from anyone I know. The sad thing is I only hang around with people who actually play games. It's not looking too good. :(

And NiGHTS, too! That's four games I'd be tempted to buy! I think if I had to just get one for now I'd get Zack & Wiki though.

I picked up Geo Wars Galaxies too. SUPPORT QUALITY THIRD-PARTY WII GAMES!

(Actually, 50% of my Wii games are from third-parties. All of my VC games are Nintendo, though.)
 
Got mine yesterday, and I love it to death! So charming! Trying to convince my colleague to buy this game too, but the boxart confuses hi, hehe :)
 
30 quid in Amazon, which I think is too high. Didn't even know about it being released tomorrow. Haven't seen a single promo or ad on TV or print yet but maybe I am watching the wrong channels.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if there's not enough copies of it, same thing happened to Super Paper Mario where I live.

The one game I'm looking forward too the most other then Smash and I have to wait even longer...they already changed the release date like twice...now...

I hate living in PAL-Land...

My local stores got their stock in today, that bad news is that the stock consisted of only three copies of the game. Even more bad news is that I was the first to get it
 
My local store got one copy and I bought it, there is a second one which often gets bigger shipments so I don't know how many were shipped to my village. The guy said to me: "Yeah the Zack & Wiki game looks cool" "Did you see the Flash Chess game we just got?, pretty lame right?"

Which is why for a title of a small stature you should ALWAYS preorder!! It not only ensures that you get the game but it shows retailers that the market is out there for the title, so all the people in threads like these can still get their copy too.

I went for Z&W and Ghost Squad from GamePlay.com, delivery on or before release date guarenteed. :D

Not seen the adverts on UK TV, but all I watch is adult BBC and DAVE :lol
 
Arrived today from Shopto and Nights on its way now. Been waiting for Zak & Wiki for ages so about time we got some Wii loving on PAL with these and Mario Galaxy.

I watch Dave also big fan of QI

Last date I heard about was around february 29.
 
It should be waiting for me when I get home today.

Looking forward to it, loved the Gobliiins series back on the Amiga and this seems to be the only game ever to be even remotely similar.

Nights was officially put back a week according to Nintnedo, but I'm thinking if stores get it in they will start selling due to the confusion. :D


QI, Top Gear, Have I got News... DAVE is practically the channel i'd design. Needs less adverts though!

Done two hours on this and you all need to buy it tommorow, bloody awesome game.
 
Nintendo and Capcom really fail for not marketing this AAA game well (as well as calling it Zack and Wiki in the US and Europe). It's a shame.
 
Is this likely to go out of print fairly quickly though? I still haven't bought it, and still really want to, is it something I should preferably do sooner rather than later ya think?

I have a US Wii.

It's already hard to get myself to study for next week exams. With Z&W no way I'm doing anything :< , so it has to wait a week and as soon as I'm done with them I'll get it asap.
 
Yep nights is 100% out tommorow in UK as you can order it online now as I said mines already on its way to me for delivery tommorow :)
 
I have decided that I will pick up this game tomorrow, to celibrate that my exams are over. I'll probably throw in a copy of CoD4 to boot so I can't wait til the weekend.
 
what can i say but the lack of advertising is extremely worrying.

i only noticed it was coming out but had no idea when exactly. I remember seeing some timer thing in the Gamestation but that was in the corner which sometimes isnt in your face.


I would like to buy this game however i will have to wait till end of the month as thats pay day :D also im not really sure about ghost squad... cant see my self getting more than 2 players. .. and thats if im lucky unless its a easter or some public holiday...


hmmmmm.... so when does nitro bike come out? is it gonna be any good?
 
Dammit! I've been holding off on getting Endless Ocean because of my backlog and now you tell me Zack and Wiki is coming out? Such temptation.

Beaten the third boss, I better sleep now. It's a great game and I haven't skipped any levels yet, just the rare camera and control issues stopping it being perfect.

Surprisingly good music too. Surprising in that it can get quite dramatic, where you might expect something more light-hearted.
