So, I just got a CD in the mail today from Rosenqueen. I'm not sure if all of the original CDs were like this, but my CD was literally a data disc filled with AIFF files (an Apple wav-like format) which basically makes it unplayable in a CD player.

I'm guessing they got some kind of complaint about it and have started to send replacements for the CDs. Those of you gaffers who preordered the game can expect your CDs soon, it seems.

It was pretty nice for them to do this since most people probably thought of the soundtrack as a free bonus.

Their letter:

Here is the replacement for the GrimGrimoire OST, we are truly sorry for the error we made with the previous OST and the delay we have caused. We hope that you will find this new OST that we are giving to all of our fans to be enjoyable and that it brings you all closer to the beautiful fantasy world of GrimGrimoire.

Again, you do not need to send us back the original GrimGrimoire OST that we have previously sent you, so please enjoy it for use on your computer, or feel free to give it away to your family or friends.

We truly apologize for the confusion.

We will be waiting for you to come to our website again.
