Never had any console, so I'm curious...

What happen if they ban your PS3? You can't access multiplayer anymore? Or do you outright lose all your purchased games?

Games are tied to account, not console, so as long as they don't ban accounts for trying to log in on banned console (unlikely) all should be fine. You definitely can't access multiplayer on that PS3 and probably other services like PS Store.
