For search a thread, press the four squares top right corner, then type into the search bar.

Yeah, I can search for a thread easily enough in mobileGAF, but as far as I know there's no easy way to search within a specific thred.

If I wanted to search keywords in this thread, for example, I would have no way of doing that, unless I switched to desktop mode. Unless I'm missing something...

Thank you for the thread OP -- I've been wondering when MobileGAF was going to be updated since it seems to have not changed since it's creation.

I also could never use the Dark theme on my iPhone because it hurt my eyes and the contrast of the black background and font didn't work well for me, but the Desktop Dark Theme is perfect.

It's not theme related, but has always bugged me that it's harder to do certain things on mobileGAF than on a desktop. For instance, unless I'm missing something, there is no ability search a thread, nor to look at a members post history, only their thread history. I have to switch to desktop mode to do that, which I find annoying.

This would be my feedback as well.

I like more information under threads and find all posts by user, but I think switching to the desktop theme with a greyish background would use more battery, so I'd like to keep the current mobile theme.

And Helvetica on small screens is a terrible idea.

Yup, don't like it. Not having line breaks between threads makes it a chore to read. Change the header / footer colors and leave the rest alone please. Pure black background is a must.

While I agree that the mobile site could use some sprucing up with more modern UI elements that don't mimic old versions of iOS, I strongly vote against changing the black background on the dark theme. Those of us with AMOLED screens really benefit from it, and that high-contrast look is really sharp, IMO.

I'd just be excited to see any new updates being made to the mobile site. Functionally it's really good. It would only take a few tweaks to make it look even better, I think.

Any way actual coloring can be applied to the mobile site? I think it looks neat and could even be customized to match whether the light or dark theme is being used.

Yeah, it was off and on there for awhile but it's been constantly for me for about a month now

Yep, on dark theme. It works fine on my tablet but on my Samsung phone it doesn't work at all. It's annoying

I haven't had green quotes on my mobile device for over a month now probably. Hard to keep track when you get quoted.

I like the theme in the OP but I use an AMOLED device so would probably stay with the dark theme. If we could get some different colors on the dark AMOLED theme though that would be sweet. I like the orange that the OP uses in his.

Honestly GAF has never been super fully featured but that's why I like GAF. I don't need or care about random changes. I just want to read text.

Dark theme should be default for desktop and mobile. If unregistered peeps want to see white theme, they gotta register.
