Unplayable for me right now. If I play in fullscreen then the game is displayed in a tiny window in the center of my screen and if I do borderless window then it disables HDR which completely washes out the picture.
Reflections still haven't been fixed.
Remember to set to variable.

in the compataility properties for the game launcher try setting it to Disable Display Scaling On High DPI Settings, i had a similar issue with doom on my 4ktv and thats the only thing that would fix it.
I just started the game here in Sweden before going to work. 21:9 resolutions do not seem to be supported, like in the demo. 2560x1080 gave me fat pillars on each side, and changing the visible display area did not fix this.
So I can't get the game to run at all. Gtx980 i54690k. It tries to launch, but it launches in a small window, it gets to splash screen eventually, and then freezes.
Edit: just got it to work finally but it runs in a teeny little window, even when set to full screen. Wtf.
Everything looks terribly washed out and bright if I don't play in HDR Mode, but I'm playing this on a 1080p monitor without any HDR settings. HDR mode looks better, but is extremely dark. Do they not mean the 4K TV version of HDR?
Quoting from the OT:
Just to let people know, want to hear more reports before adding it to the OP.
Thanks, adding to the OP.Reflections are still a pixelated mess for me too.
... BT.709 is not HDR. Is that what you're using? HDR mode is under display and is greyed out on my PC monitor. I'll take my downstairs to check out HDR on my TV tomorrow.
It's grayed out?
I have a pretty standard BenQ 144hz G-Sync 1080p monitor and it lets me activate it just fine...
To the people playing on 4k HDR setups. AFAIK HDMI doesn't have enough bandwidth for 4k/60/hdr. And in before: but the ps4pro. AMD is a bit cheating with their hdr support on the rx 480. They are using a compressed method (there were some articles about this a couple of months ago) and so is (probably) the pro.
Again i'm not a tech guy and this is something i've read a while ago.
Turns out HDR is the problem.
Wanna play at non4k hdr? Nope!
4k HDR? Sure but the game freezes when you change the setting.
I just rebooted for the 10th time and....tiny window!
Guess im playing 1440p with no hdr.
No 21:9 support
Fuck
Maybe at 8bit, but definitely not at 4k, 60hz, full 10bit and full YCrBr-4:4:4. Amd is using an 8bit mode with a perceptual curve to adjust gamma.HDMI 2.0 allows for 4k/60/HDR.
Yall think I could run this smoothly with a i7 7500U + GTX 1070 + 16GB RAM?
Does this have Oculus / Vive support?
So a bit more tinkering and I've discovered:
If you want hdr, you have to run in 4k.
If you run below 4k with hdr you get a tiny window in the middle of a black screen.
If you want non hdr and you have an hdr tv? Too fucking bad, the game will tell your tv that its running in hdr even when you turn hdr off in the options. This leads to an extremely washed out image.
So basically, if youre using a 4k hdr tv, your ONLY option is to run it at 4k with HDR.
What a piece of shit.
I guess you can but I'm still not sure you can use 5.1 surround.why would you not want to do that? Can't you use the scaling to drop the res for performance? Is it different from the demo?
Only if you're playing the Steam-version.
Reflections are still a pixelated mess for me too.
(look at the table)

Reflections_Variable
About an hour in and it runs over 100fps consistently. I'm on an RX480 and i5 3570k @ 4.2
Haven't encountered any drops yet. I have my settings on max except for SSAO and shadows on high. Haven't experienced any crashes yet. So far it seems to be a very good port. I see a good portion of steam reviews are complaining about crashing and performance problems. Not sure what hardware could be at fault. I hope Capcom is working on fixing whatever the problem is for some people.
Interestingly this may be how they are supposed to look as these seem to be SSRs which are filtered in any case.
But it doesn't allow surround sound. With the scaling option, Running HDR @ 4K is a non performance issue.
I'm getting weird hitches at specific points like that too with a 1060 and a 4.5ghz 2500k. It's not unplayable but it's unusual considering it runs perfect otherwise. When I walk up to the door with the three dog heads I get significant frame drops. Anyone know why...?
Playing on a 1060.
