I think my favourite part of the show, is how seriously it takes its Sci-fi.

This makes way too much sense.
I'm going to go completely off the rails and wager that evil Morty is from the same universe. Remember how Morty had to shove megaseeds up his ass in the pilot? Maybe evil Morty did the same thing in his reality, but in addition eating digested / fermented / whatever megaseeds (as shit-eaters would) gave him super-intelligence. I dunno, they'd probably be better at explaining it than I am.
Also, just throwing it out there: we don't get any specifics on just how shit the shit they eat is. Did Doofus Rick unintentionally make shit brownies for Jerry? They could taste like delicious ovenless brownies for all we know, but it could be adamantium shit compounds all the same.

I think this is the best theory so far.
Especially with Rick's line about cocky morty's at the end, and the video of the morty in his memories,.
Also how do we know that Evil Morty is a robot like so many of you are saying and not just a genius Morty with cybernetic implants or something.

So evil Rick wanted normal Rick to find him, why? Because Evil Morty needed Normal Rick's memories for some reason. Lets assume Morty got what he wanted, why? what was so special about this Rick? Unless normal Rick and evil Morty are related in some way. And if normal rick abandoned evil Morty for some reason, this would make the surviving Evil morty hate him right? He would have evil Rick talk about how "Rick's don't care about Morty's" right?

Well it seemed like Beth and Jerry ended up getting together anyway in that one universe where she was a doctor and he was an actor. So maybe in a lot of universes it just takes those two longer to get together, so there are a lot of universes with Morty but not Summer.
Yeah, that could be the case. Morty would still be born but Summer wouldn't be born because well...
he also had a list of ricks from most evil to good(I think it was good), and there was only one rick in between them on the scale. Evil rick told him that rick was really weird, and then just brushed it off like he didn't matter.
Was it because that mightve been the Rick that got killed in the alternate universe that they decided to live in after they basically ruined their previous one? Since it seems like the ricks figured out all the murders happened in universes only they have been in before.
I dunno, it just seems to me that since they seemed to be really close to each other on the scale it would make sense for evil morty to have some sort of tabs on them. Maybe evil morty was just on a rick murdering spree since he felt no rick could care about a morty. And when he found regular Rick and Morty in a universe that belonged to a dead rick and morty he used that to his advantage. Im not super sure im gonna have to watch it again lol.

Okay, I'm rewatching the episode now and I'm seeing a few options here.
1) Evil Morty is actually Evil Rick. He somehow switched bodies, and the Morty inside a Rick is now the "Doofus Rick". He did it to blend in and hide from the counsel and built a Robot Rick for extra cover. It's also why Doofus needed to be "assigned" a Morty. Even their mannerisms and personalities line up this way. Why he needed memories, I can only guess.
2) Evil Morty belonged to mainline Rick. He lost him somehow and replaced him with the current guy. The loss hit him hard which is why Rick tears up when he sees the memories and actually cares about his current Morty. It'll also explain the "A cocky Morty" dialogue, and why this Rick got singled out.

But with all that said, it looked like there were a number of Ricks more evil than both of them. Which is pretty funny.

in fact, rick could have been dead for decades in the dimension we are introduced to in the pilot, with c-137 rick showing up out of the blue because of shit going down wherever he came from.
cyborg morty is probably related to c-137 rick, given how far he went to frame c-137 rick, and what his endgame was (stealing this particular rick's secrets). cyborg morty seems have access to a pretty high technology considering the police ricks were impressed with it. not sure what that all is building to, but it seems big.
