This just shoit straight to my top 4 most anticipated films of the year. Holy shit.

Who would've guessed that Machete would become topical in the wake of this Arizona stuff? That's incredible.
Lapidus is in this too.

Best in Texas...

Looks good except for the Alba line. Really any motivational speech in a movie these days sucks though.

Lohan actually looks pretty cool as the nun!
I think thats the point.

3 Things

1. Bobby's Texan accent was the worst thing I have ever heard.

2. He jumped out of JESTER! The only good thing to ever come out of that monstrosity!

3. Movie of the year.

nice to see some love for Fahey in this thread. he's great.

Planet Terror was ass...

wrong! Planet Terror was amazing.

no idea why you'd think this looks great if you didnt like RR's masterpiece, but whatever.

I'm going to see this just for the cast, but I can't see this doing any better than Grindhouse did at the box office.

me either, which is why im making a point to go and spend money on it.

Damn, Expendables+Machete this year. Too much awesome manliness.
You're got it wrong (or at least not *entirely* right)

Expendables + Machete + Predators

80's reborn!

As for the movie...it all depends on how the action plays out within the rest of the movie.

Robert Rodriguez is bringing in that new wave, same as the old wave!

i like how DeNiro seemingly gives up his accent halfway through the trailer, let alone the movie.

I just hope they don't lose the 70s feel with the camera work and sound and even acting from the initial trailer. It was damn near perfect. Just seeing the apple laptop in one of the scenes has me worried.

HOLY SHIT :lol

I used to hate Michelle Rodriguez so much, but now, there's something about her that turns me on.

This is exactly how I felt about the trailer, actually. I'm also kind of worried that in trying to make it an actual movie, Rodriguez might've dialed down the insanity a bit. Now, if this trailer still had "WHERE'S MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER?!" then we'd be singing a different tune.

Oh who am I kidding? Movie of the damn year right here. Also Planet Terror haters need to get good taste. And since when did Michelle Rodriguez become attractive?

Why did they change the backstabbing sniper early on in the trailer? :S His smile in the original trailer was so annoyingly smug :lol

It has a 70's style to it, but it's not set in the 70's.

I'd imagine having a boner from filming that scene would be extremely awkward. So....did he have to tape it down or something? :lol
He's a cold stone killer who kills people with a machete and has a minigun attached to the front of his motorcycle. I'm sure something as mundane as keeping his junk in check is an easy task for him.
I've never seen Jessica Alba look any hotter.
