It doesn't matter who is doing it at all. Sony own the game and will be funding the port, so it's their decision. Cross-buy is practically guaranteed once these two games have actually been announced.

Would have preferred that they redid these near the end with like 4K, Occulus support.

This'll be one of the announcements sure. They have been saying multiple announcements

It will probably be cross-buy and they may even announce vita versions.

I have the journey collector's edition so I'm probably going to have to buy it again for PS4. No problem though as its like complaining about SotC when it came on PS2 and I'm not entitled to get the HD remaster for free.

I'm down for a copy of Unfinished Swan though as I totally skipped that and managed to (hopefully) get a Move controller set for cheap. Would prefer a Vita version with the gyro though.

I think Sony is expecting a lot of 360-only owners to pick up the PS4, so that would makeup for doing cross-buy for those that already own them.
