The 360 is not doing well in Europe, and the price drop is definitely needed.

If by "Europe" you mean mainland Europe, then, yeah, that is correct. They've done really well in the UK though.

Oooohh.. Now that's an idea. I can't imagine it'd cost less than $100, though, which is the difference between an arcade and premium (assuming 299/399) anyway.
