That used to be the case but the ERSB doesn't seem to hand out AA ratings for nudity or sex anymore, or at the very least to the same degree. Witcher 2/GTA have uncensored genitals/sex and kept an M rating.

I am not saying that it makes sense, but the ESRB re-rated GTA San Andreas Adults Only after the hot coffee mode (simulated sex between clothed characters) was discovered. Adults Only games can't be licensed for consoles in North America. With 1 or 2 exceptions, sex is the only way to get the Ao label in the US.

Hmm, a shame some of it was censored. Would've liked to see everything the devs wanted to get in there, but it's probably for the best considering that something a little too vulgar could likely end up distracting from the game. It'll be enough for us to at least have somewhat of an understanding that this stuff is taking place, even if not all of it is put on fully display.

Man, I can't wait to start playing this thing. And don't worry.
