The most anticipated game of the year is almost upon us! Seriously though, I really hope it's a cute little hidden gem, I'd love a good 3D World clone for Playstation.

Edit: if you're coming to this thread late, I ended up beating the game and definitely recommend it if you're after something fun, quaint and breezy to play through. Some of the music sections are really cool, wouldn't suggest it as a multiplayer only game though as it's only a select set of MP maps.

We find ourselves in an odd situation with Sackboy: A Big Adventure, a real brow knitter. You see, as a full-blown AAA 3D platformer it's up against the unlikeliest of competitors on PS5 – a pack-in game called Astro's Playroom. The latter had no business being as excellent as it was, but yeah...

This game snuck its way into my purchase list with the UI video. I was impressed with how clean the game looked at that point, which just nailed it for me. The platforming elements always looked fun and interesting.

Yes and a No, it works if you use remote play on PS4 to play a PS5 game. It doesn't work if you directly try to connect dualshock 4 with PS5

Not the PS5 version of the game, no, frustratingly.

This is exactly what I was complaining about when they announced that DS4 wouldn't work on PS5 games and some lovely folks on this board said "lol just get over it Sony is pushing the boundaries of gaming innovation bro, just buy three extra controllers to play a basic platformer".

Meanwhile every Dualsense feature can be completely disabled for accessibility.
