That and they've been around for over 10 years, and have made a lot of friends in the industry. Cliffy B is usually the one that expresses interest in being in their videos each year. They're pretty close with Kojima and Konami too. They're just good dudes.

I am a big Sakaguchi fan. I still have a mint edition of the JP Last Story that I plan on playing with my partner when I move to Tokyo.

He congratulated me on twitter once when I used to write a 1up blog -- I wrote about JP-EN translations and frequently exhanged stuff with the owner of the account and sometimes himself. I shouldn't have removed that account haha.

sakaguchi was essentially forced out, Uematsu resigned to go freelance (he also disliked what the company had become after Wada took over)
