The SSJ5 chars typically have stupid hp and damage, so even with dumb AI they win against a ton of people easy. Real Dr. Gero (with Android) is a solid bet much of the time too.

The game has multiple versions of a lot of characters. "Real" characters are the ones that are actually good and have a chance at winning.

All "real" means is "good". There are enough characters that there are different versions of a lot of them and some are good and some are not.

There are multiple versions of certain characters that have the same name or similar names. "Real" refers to the good version(s), while "fake" refers to the bad version(s).
