Did anyone buy one of the wireless chargers?

I was reading this and the Samsung official one is the same price as the Incipio so I was leaning towards the latter...
What are your initial impressions on the phone?Just got mine, setting it up now.
The back and menu buttons being on different sides from stock Android is going to be fucking me up for some time.
Also, just curious, but if you buy from one of these carriers, is the phone locked to that carrier? I know AT&T makes you pay full price for the phone but with their installment plan. I don't see why I should pay full price and be locked to a particular carrier.
Earlier today, a leaked slide from a Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge setup presentation surfaced online revealing that carrier-branded variants of the handsets will lock to the network of the first SIM card thats inserted. This the first time that Samsung has implemented an automatic carrier-locking mechanism into any of its network-specific Galaxy smartphones. Up until now, all devices sold through operators were unlocked and could be openly used on other networks.

Please let us know the battery life stamina.
Also with the hardware home button, it can be a chore to press as compared to software button, although the extra viewable screen estate is welcomed.
Curious if Verizon gave you any sort of extra document that is your preorder proof of purchase.
The phone locks to the carrier of the first SIM that is inserted.

so if a Verizon SIM is inserted first, will it be permanently unlocked!!?!??!
If, for whatever reason, you want to use your handset on a different carrier, youll have to contact your current operator or a third-party provider and request a Network Unlock Code (NUC). More often than not, it costs money to generate these codes and unlock your device. However, under certain circumstances, they are free.
You wish!
Want to move to a different carrier? Pay up! Lol.
Battery life on these better than iPhone 6? Thinking of switching
Mine came with a voucher to use online.Where do I get details of the free VR offer? I ordered an S7 Edge with Carphone Warehouse (UK), do I get a voucher or something?
Not sure if it's been posted.
Samsung Galaxy S7, S7 edge also being shipped early by AT&T and Sprint

Verizon can't SIM lock their devices though, the FCC regulations placed on them after winning on the C block spectrum auction prevents them from allowing this.
also, in the US, other carriers will unlock devices for free upon request or automatically after a set amount of time.
So, anyone with the S7 in hand noticed any 3D Touch like features? I seem to recall that Samsung confirmed the screen is pressure sensitive but I have yet to hear of any applications of that.
Pocketcasts is your one and only answer. I even bought it on the IOS ecosystem. It's that good.Having a blast with the S7 Edge, coming from Iphone is like a new world with so much customization and stuff... to the point I feel completely overwhelmed. The only thing I miss is itunes (podcast) and the iOS youtube app, I don't understand why the android app can let you short comments, see number of comments and rate them, really weird.

I have a question about wireless pads. Do they turn off when the phone is fully charged? If so, if I have it on my nightstand, it gets fully charged and then starts discharging, will I wake up with it at 50% ... or even dead?!
lol, no. it's a charger just like any other, usually kicks back on at 99%, tops off, kicks off, repeat.

Not so sure about that. I have an S6 active with the official Samsung wireless charger and sometimes I wake up with the battery at 93-95% and other times it's 100%....I think it just completely shuts off when it's been sitting on the wireless charger at full charge for a while.
Samsung Pay now adds Wells Fargo as a bank partner. Samsung Pay is so good.
Everyone who gets this phone needs to use it.
Yes.
And you know that advert, where the guy pays for his food and the people at the store are like 'nah, that won't work' and he's like, 'heck yeah it will' and then he's like BOOP and they're like 'you're a freaking wizard'...
That's totally how people will respond to you. I get it probably once a week.
Turns out you can actually move most apps to the SD card.

Where did you get 16Gb from? It says in the article that the phone has 8GB used up by default, so you have 24GB remaining. You should be able to delete some of that bloatware, and then there's always the option for an SD memory card too,
Considering getting a Gear s2 watch since I'm always hiking and I'd rather keep my phone in my backpack and just use a blue tooth headset, can I control Spotify tracks through the watch?
Just remember that the watch doesn't run or support Android Wear.
This is my first time considering a smart watch, what's the difference
Don't forget 32gb on the box doesn't translate to 32gb on the phone. After formatting, that's what, 27ish?
