This is one scary avatar when coupled with your username! :-O
I decided to go with a santa-hat for this one!
Something like this?
or maybe more three-dimensional and shiny, like this?
It was difficult to remove the white background without harming the artwork, because of the amount of noise, but I hope this is sufficient.

This one is difficult to pull off well because of the compression-artifacts, the lighting and the hair, but I hope this is satisfactory.
