The Saturn architecture seems to be almost nonsensical in its construction, causing the big holdup. Plus, lack of interest, I guess.

It's the Saturn-equivalent arcade board. It's basically a Saturn with more RAM.

The only Saturn games being emulated on it are ones that were in the arcade.

The title's a little misleading. Some arcade games that were on the Saturn are no playable on MAME.
