Screenshots that perfectly sum up the game

Yeah these games sure are full of boring ass filler content in between the dungeon visits.

Took this one myself.

I wish I knew what game this is. Is it really that hard to include the name in your post?

Mentioning the game in the screenshot would be nice. Just saying.

I agree. Just as annoying as the people that post nothing but a youtube link.

There seriously needs to be a forum-wide rule about posting sources.

I don't know why, but most people around here seem to feel like their post is cooler or something if they just throw up a pic with no description of what it is.

Every fucking thread (on both boards) that involves posting some sort of example/favorite is riddled with this shit.

That would kinda ruin the point of the thread.

it's probably too much work for most GAFfers, but the perfect way to do it is to wrap your image in a URL that links to the wiki page or the website or whatever for the game you're mentioning

like this:

win win!

My point was simply that if you don't recognize the game in a screenshot, then you won't know if the shot is an accurate summation of what the game is about anyways, so naming the game is kind of pointless.

No. It should be a bannable offense.

Half joking

Unless of course you see the essence of a game you do not know captured in an image, find the essence interesting and think to yourself "Hmm, I'd quite like to try that game. Oh, no, now I have to quote the image back at everyone and ask what game it is. If only they'd taken 5 seconds to type it out in the first place we could have avoided this entirely."

This isn't a regime. Accuracy is always better and frankly, I find it humorous that you find adding a game title pointless in a thread meant for subjective responses. Now if you actually added the game title, you could provide the people here at Gaf the ability to research and purchase a game that you yourself may be presenting. And that good sir, is a thread with a fucking point.

I just noticed the penis jet, perfect reply dude.

it was basically Make Things That Look Like Dicks: The Game

The environments look beautiful in this game. One day I'll pick it up. The vehicle building controls were a HUGE turn off in the demo though.

That was Spore.

Whats up with everyone always making dicks in games like that anyway?

Yes, but most people would rather have their 360 overheat than do it twice.

I had to do it twice :(
Which level is it, I need to see this done on youtube or something.

I love Wiz 8...but I don't get it?
It's the very first fight in the game with two party members in trouble of dying.

There's a strange contrast between the smiling, colorful characters and the spikes of death in this picture. I'm sure nothing gory will happen to the frog if he falls into them but it's one of those games where there's probably a comic or a flash animation out there where the frog is horribly impaled and then repeatedly stung by those bees as he slowly bleeds to death.
Don't worry! A bottle of Lucozade(tm) will fix him up in no time!
