I definitely think that Gene (God Hand) definitely deserves a spot on "The Manly List".

For example: Any body who has the audacity to take an evil demon lady ACROSS HIS KNEE AND SPANK HER FOR ALL SHE'S WORTH, definitely is ALL MAN.

Plus, he's practically up there with Kenshiro as far as martial arts prowess goes.

Mike Haggar should be number one on this list for the following reasons:

- When his daughter Jessica was kidnapped by a notorious gang of street thugs, Haggar didn't call in the Feds. Rather, he ripped his shirt off and proceeded to beat the shit out of a bunch of trannies and Andre the Giant clones.
- Haggar used all of Zangief's moves before they were cool.
- Haggar frequently eats meat out of garbage cans.
- Haggar's 'stache approaches Tom Selleck levels of awesomeness.

There is no one in gaming that is even half the man that Mike Haggar is. This should not even be up for debate at this point.

A Mayor that's built like a truck that beats the crap out of everyone on the streets. Haggar should be #1 through 20.

The only other answer is Duke Nukem, but the way I played the game, he really HATED (aka kicked in the face) strippers and complimented himself a little too much. I dunno, maybe his family was killed by a gang of strippers or something.

Haggar should have one for reasons I have already pointed out.

Kratos, on the other hand, is the single biggest loser in the history of video games. I'm sorry, but it's hard to view the guy as a badass when the very first scene in God of War involves Kratos trying to kill himself like a whiny emo bitch. He then spends the rest of the series fighting with his dad. Life's just not fair!
