Every time I buy a Captain's voyage for a ghost fleet the game gives me a normal Order of Souls voyage. Is this behavior a known issue?

Double rewards all week in Sea of Thieves, culminating in a Gold and Glory Weekend. Each day focuses on a different trading company or faction, while the Gold and Glory Weekend is double XP and Gold across everything in the game.
