Post intelligently, post thoughtfully, post with consideration that the people you are talking to may have biases and agendas, but they're still people behind those avatars.
If someone calls you out for being a junior, well, who cares. You won't be a junior forever. This place can sometimes be fantastic for video game discussion, but you're part of that tone now and you have to contribute to making it that way.
