Sega is teasing something with Crazy Taxi

YA YA YA YA

Wonder if this will leak too. Must be for Keighley's summer thing. I am actually dying to know what modern Crazy Taxi would be like. I was just playing Crazy Taxi in an arcade last week and it still rules.

Crazy Taxi and Jet Set Radio leaked years ago, at the same time as Persona 3 Reload did lol.

Now Virtua Fighter also leaked. Sega is one leaky ship.

Wasn't this along with a refresh of a few other Sega IP revealed a few years ago?

I recently took my Dreamcast and all my games including Crazy Taxi into the local Mom and Pop for trade.
Hopefully whatever new game is released will include the old game somewhere in the menu selection screen.

Dreamcast-It was all just a dream. :(

Crazy Taxi is so much fun. I would love a modern version.

One of the best games ever made. Drips personality.

I love the Crazy Taxi games, but I have to wonder if they've got what it takes to recapture that spirit. It'd be difficult to iterate on what's already there, because the concept was so thoroughly explored already... and a remake of one of the games would inevitably just be a worse version of what we already have. Hell, would the modern audience even be willing to shell out for an actual arcade-style Crazy Taxi game that takes 5-10 minutes for a playthrough?

It is indeed. By far and away my favourite ever Sega game and easily in my all time top 5. Must have put in thousands of hours on my DC.

They'd get my money.

Whatever super game was it's clear it's been broken up and being promoted as separate products now.
