When people say there are too many "white blondes" in the game they're talking about visuals. It doesn't matter what the in-universe birthplaces are.

I thought I would get replies like this. I know they are Japanese but they have a white skin tone in this game. Its no different to the other white peoples skin tones.
If its down to race then its even more ok. As most characters are from different parts of the world. Cammy brit, kolin Russian (i think?).
Also vega is pretty damn blonde (or yellow as this game does it) in this game.
Vega changes his hair in every other game he's in.
"White" is a racial classification. It doesn't actually refer to skin color. An albino black person would still be considered black.

Again,i know that. But when people are saying it about this game they aren't referring to it that way. They literally mean the skin and hair colour. Its not like they are talking about real people but fictional character visual design.
Just to double clarify, i dont have an issue with it. Theres way more character in the game who aren't white skin with blonde hair than are.

I think Bengus is great but he was rushed for the SFV story art. Would love to see an original piece by him on Kolin at his own pace.

His MvC2 art is incredible, and I wish more comics-related art looked like that
If Capcom is trying to bring in the change for season 2 I'd definitely like to see them take the art more seriously but if I'm not mistaken that Akuma art was terrible too. Disappointing

Would be cool if they added Kolin to some new SFIII port/collection.
Seeing her in those 2D sprites would be a dream come true but alas Capcom are never going back to that style of animation for thier fighters again. Nevertheless, I still think she looks fantastic in SFV.

So Kolin was supposed to be in the base roster, but was pushed back due to other characters.
