Spoiler for the end of the segment:

Shane then told his father that he wanted control of Monday Night Raw to ensure the company’s future, which Mr. McMahon agreed to on one condition: Shane must defeat The Undertaker at WrestleMania in a Hell in a Cell Match. If Shane loses, he must surrender a lock box of family secrets to his father.

Good shit, maybe we can actually see an in ring death that we came so close to with Dada and Kimbo. God I love non-athlete 40 year olds fighting. I hope Shane dives off the cage, ahah what a great Wrestlemania moment, I'm sure his 4 sons would be thrilled to see their Dad become a paraplegic or a corpse. Bring back the Attitude Era xd

Please don't make him wrestle, please

I like Shane but to have him fight the Undertaker...seems.....underwhelming. Not that Taker is in great shape nowadays but it's definitely a step down from someone like Brock. And yeah his match with Wyatt was forgettable.

The crazy stuff he was willing to do in matches. Crap he had no business doing. He's older now so I really hope he doesn't do that stuff again. Then again I kinda want to see that stuff again. Still remember him dropping some 50 or 60 feet on to the Big Show.

I don't know why people say Shane was a good wrestler. He wasn't even close. He took bumps. That's all.

Goddam the announcing is so freaking bad.
Shane comes out and Vince & Stephanie both look perplexed/stunned/aghast/upset, and JBL (the closest thing to the heel announcer) says "How cool is this!" and then moments later "Shane is coming to support his sister Stephanie McMahon!"

The other announcers don't even indulge him in his idiocy, they just let him keep repeating something obviously stupid to anybody with eyes.

Heel King, Heenan, or even Jessie Ventura would have played it right... "What the hell is Shane McMahon doing here?? He can't be here! He's ruining Stephanie's award!"

For a part timer who had minimal training he was pretty acceptable.

His mic skill was pretty damn good too. It kinda had to be back in the 90s and 00s. There was a good number of talent that held their own. Hell he was LOT better then majority of the crap WWE has now.

The stuff Shane did was amazing to see because part of your brain is like "well, of course that's not going to happen he's Vince's son" and then he's leaping off the roof or some shit. That era of wrestling was so much fun.

I havnt seen Stephanie in ages, did she get plastic surgery on her face or did she just put on weight?
Looks better now than she did in the days she was pencil thin.

Hopefully he gets someone to wrestle for him. The idea of a full Shave vs Taker match is hilariously bad.

Shane gets someone to wrestle for him.

Someone who would also take delight in screwing over Vince McMahon at Wrestlemania

WrestleMania is in Texas

Who else lives in Texas?

You should hear the sound his skull made hitting the concrete...

and that wasn't the only time the glass failed to break in this match. It's an amazing match.

No thanks. I can deal with people getting burned, cut open, whacking their genitals, whatever... But hitting their head? I don't know why, but that's the line for me. I'd almost go as far to say as I'd rather watch a decapitation online than a bang to the head.

To be fair the glass was supposed to break, don't worry though, they got it right immediately after.

Fair fecks to him for continuing after that.

That was a big part of his appeal. He's not a wrestler but he was still willing to do that crazy stuff.
