Hey, this is what I've got so far (145), boxes and carts are all in NEW condition~

Trying to pick up rare imports before they get too expensive and rare. I'm really interested in seeing what everyone else has at this point in their collection!

Feel free to ask away about any games you don't recognize~ ^^

I know there's a few people here with bigger ones though :O

That's what she said.

I would post mine but my DS collection currently stands at 4 and I have a few loose GBA/GBC/GB games laying around somewhere. Not really picture-worthy. :lol

I spot Gao Gai Gar! :o What's the one in the middle on the third row?

DS is pure love.

EDIT: In the GBA pic, the one covered by the flash is Mario vs. Donkey kong; Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones is in my DS at the moment :D Also, my copy of Bleach is an import.

Between the PSP, DS, GBA, GBC, and GB alone, I've got about 400 games.
I'm not in the mood to take pictures with my shitty cell phone, though.

What's the game below Oendan 2? Also, the first row of games is Layton?

below Ouendan 2 is "Sakeburein", which was a JPN Nintendo Club gift~ It's multi-player ONLY!

The first row of games are called "Puzzle Series" by Hudson. They consist of popular paper and pen puzzle games such as Slitherlink, Kakuro, Akari, Illust Logic, Hitori, Nurikabe, Sudoku, and also Jigsaw Puzzle~

If you could only have one of the Puzzle Series games, go with Slitherlink.

Oh come on, Air Traffic Control Chaos?

I hope you had to review that or something.

I imported it long ago, AND supported the domestic release~
I'm crazy about niche games like that, and it's a ton of fun!!

Something tells me u never tried it, tho..

I'll be in NYC for my birthday in May. I will swing by and take pictures of your collection for you!

Good luck with that! I've got my portables neatly arranged on twin mini-shelves situated in a narrow hallway. Too cramped to get any real good shots off. ;p

OP's collection is amazing.

I'll post mine tomorrow, when I have access to a camera. I only collect Pokemon games at this point, though.

Don't be hatin' on Air Traffic Chaos.. I never would have given the game a second glance if it hadn't of been for the DS download service. I had a lot of fun with the demo, and I'll buy a copy of it if I ever see one in stores.

Yeah, I suck. Have Patapon 2 preordered and have thought about trying one of the Monster Hunter games. I think I've used my PSP for FFIX through remote play (also pictured!) more than anything else.

I really need to take pictures of my game collection sometime... if I ever get a digital camera, I'll definitely do it. I don't have one though, so I can't do pictures, unfortunately... (I also don't have the boxes and original GB manuals here where I am now, so I couldn't post pictures of all of it anyway.) I can post a list though.

This is just what I've got now, not everything I've owned or played or something.

Wow, congrats OP, you've quite a nice collection, with barely any real stinkers.
I'll post mine later today, need to get my camera back first.

BTW, I wondered : are there already PSP or DS games considered rare / hard to find ? 'cause I'm currently finishing my PS2 collection (currently sitting at 160+ games), and some titles are a bitch to find at reasonable prices. Don't wanna go though the same hassle with PSP or DS games.

PSP
  • Resistance: Retribution (UMD)
  • Mega Man: Powered Up (UMD)
  • Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII (UMD)
  • Crash Bandicoot: Warped (PSone -Download-)
  • Guilty Gear Judgment (Download)
Planning on getting Prinny soon.

That tingle box art in the last row of the OP has to be one of the worst things I've EVER laid eyes on that is related to gaming.

The game is actually quite good. I picked it up after hearing CAG's Shipwreck wax poetic about it, and promptly got quite addicted. I've heard it likened to a simplified version of those ATC sims some people in Japan go crazy over.

Hive - Would you recommend Pinky:st Music Night over Music Hour? I still need to get one of those games, but I'm not sure if I should just go for MN and not worry about MH.

As for photos, I'll put mine up shortly.

No castlevania OoE op? You should really get it if you enjoyed the other two at all.

true! as I mentioned, there are TONS of games i need to get.. that's certainly one of them, but it's not rare or expensive, so I'll gladly wait and purchase other games I need such as Kirby's Canvas Curse ^o^

by the way, my name is not "OP", it's Hive~ hehe

Oddly I'd say most of the rare DS games are Nintendo published titles. Stuff like Electroplankton, Tetris DS, Super Princess Peach, Mario & Luigi Partners in Time, Metroid Prime Hunters, etc. Nintendo reprinted Hotel Dusk and Clubhouse Games, I don't know why they won't reprint these (well except Tetris DS). The first two Castlevania games are rare as well. And some Atlus titles like Izuna, Etrian Odyssey, Trauma Center, and My World My Way.

Shidoshi, are u just not interested in getting both? Because while Music Night has a better soundtrack/playlist, Music Hour is sooooo fun as well~ they are both about equal

Music Hour was also localized in the EU, in case you would rather go with English~
Unfortunately, Music Night was not localized..

No, I have nothing against getting both. I just wasn't sure if it was one of those cases where I might not need to.

And I keep meaning to track down somewhere to get Euro DS games from, but I haven't gotten that far yet.

I wish I had the income to buy that many games.

3/4ths of the DS games I own I got for super cheap, thanks to closing sales, clearance bins, etc. If you're smart about your shopping and looking for deals, it isn't hard to get a decent-sized collection.

It's coming! Or it's already out, one of them. Amazon UK says it came out earlier this month but other retailers have it listed for June.

Pop Town! XD

I can't wait to check that out.. hopefully there are no cuts in content!

I love looking at collections but outside of movies or DD, I can't handle them in my home anymore.

Nice stuff.

I have more games for the DS than anything else, I just love the thing

DsGames1.jpg

I bought a few more games since I took this including GTA

Shidoshi, could u tell me about Lionel Trains, please?

oh, and FYI to everyone wanting DRILL SPIRITS: the game is totally gimped for the US release. The UK version has everything minus single card multi-play~

I should really grab the bolded titles one of these days, or maybe Hudson can put them on DSi-ware then I can have them AND be lazy.

I'm pretty jealous. I don't typically hold on to my ds games as their TiV is typically through the roof.

the only place to find Nurikabe is through ebay.com stores. The rest are available through online retailers~
