Surprised to see so many people seemingly going with airflow builds in such a form factor.
Imho ITX with liquid cooling is the only way to go with somewhat powerful hardware here at least if you want a quiet system.
There's also a million examples on YouTube with exact parts lists so the usual issues with the GPU plate size and cooler plate compatibility is already solved.

Optimum tech does cool SFF builds. I would say Dan A4 is still good.

These have always been plagued with bad thermals unless you pick the air version iirc.
