I wonder if the other 3rd party characters will have this much detail added to the game about them?

It'd be cool if after you finish a fight using Mega Man, some kind of spoof "Weapon Get! Bowser Inferno!" thing flashed up and he adopted the colourscheme of the character/s he was fighting, for example.

I am getting a bit worried though. Snake gets massive coverage, I hope he really isn't the only 3rd party character in there. Who knows at this point.

How are the codec conversations going to come up? It would work well when your playing on your own, but it would be annoying if they just came up in the middle of a bttle when you're playing with friends.

Snake's moves look pretty good. I thought that they might take away his weapons because they didnt want to include any sort of guns in this game, but we got to see snake use his rocket launcher and he also planetd a mine!

I cant wait to see what snake's final smash will be. before we got to see these video's I was thinking snake's final smash would be getting either rex or ray to help him out, but they;lre part of the shadow moses stage. However, his final smash could be something to do with a metal gear. On the dojo site it says "oh, and occasionally a metal gear will appear from the background. Apparantly one other kind appears, too. Its a slightly newer model" Maybe that one other kind of metal gear has something to do with snake's final smash.

Well, the tracks are MP3s (64kbit, 22050Hz) embedded in SWF files. The question is wether they are the actual ingame-tracks or merely work-in-progress songs. But I don't see any reason why they should upload them played back with an inferior sound engine.

I still confused about that, Pit's Descent theme was near orchestrated quality mind-blowing and such, but the SAME theme in those music update was midi like. That make me wonder if some music is just a placeholder, I mean I don't see the point in using a synthy track and a near orchestrated quality from the same melody.

well a wii disc holds 4.7 GB so i dont see a reason why the music wouldn't be orchastred. I mean melee fit in a 1.5 GB disc so.

After every 5 minutes of play time a 20 minute unskipable codec conversation comes up, each one with more "Metal Gear?!" than the last, until at the end it's just a looping animated gif of Snake shouting "Metal Gear?!" while hiding in a box.

I'm seriously thinking that this game is going to have so much fanservice, reviewers will have no choice but to love it, I just can't see them screwing this game over, like some people think they will. But then again, if a reviewer can give Super Metroid an 8.5, then anything's possible.

Ew, looks like I'm gonna have to doc you a whole point right there. What? Mario? That's so cliche. I can't even review this anymore. Gamespot gives Supper Smash Bros Brawl a 5.5.

The Good: It's a really fun game

The Bad: It's not as pretty as Bioshock. It lacks realism. And you can play as Mario.

You know someone will nitpick the shit out of this game (looking at Gamespot's direction), most likely the online mode with the lack of voice com (no biggie for me) or stats.

Really, aside from very minor downers for online mode, the game is just oozing with fanservice, neat little touches like the assist trophies, stickers etc are neat diversions that add extra to the already fan-filled game. Im gonna find it hard for reviewers to give this a bad mark, unless something really horrible went wrong.
