-This is the 8th story mode update.

-And the 7th Donkey Kong update. (Yes, I know it doesn't have the DK symbol. Pit's Descent didn't have the Kid Icarus symbol either, but I'm counting that.) DK pulls ahead of Zelda/Kid Icarus/Star Fox for number of updates, and ties with Kirby.

-We've now gone nine updates without a character. If we go one more, then we'll officially be in the longest character update drought since the beginning of the Dojo.

-Our five least recent update types are normal item, music, a tie between character profile and character movie, and special moves. (Note: "character movies" are the ones like Snake and Sonic had, which were classified under the Characters section as opposed to these Game Mode movies.)

The word "hand" doesn't just mean the appendage. It can also mean a perpetrator. In this case, the perpetrator of the banana theft is clearly Bowser.

...Which still doesn't make sense to me. Bowser has no reason to steal DK's bananas, at least that we know of. The Kremlings stealing DK's banana horde actually made sense, since the games' story made it clear that Kremlings loved bananas like a delicacy. But why is Bower raiding Donkey Kong Island for bananas? It seems rather stupid to purposely aggravate the most dangerous creature in the jungle...

The only reason I can think of is that Bowser is attempting to draw DK out of the foliage and lure him into a trap. But I'm not sure why exactly Bowser would go picking a fight with Donkey Kong...

The first two Donkey Kong Country games really had stellar soundtracks. Two of the best on the system, that's for sure.

I'm at home on my personal PC with a DSL connection. So I don't think the problem is on our end.

I normally use Firefox, but I use Exploder when I have to.
