Why would they be kidding? It looks like french fries, with goat cheese, nuts, and caramel. I have never seen anything close to it in my life.

Is this a regional thing or something? Because... we don't have that out west. But then again, I rarely go into the chips aisle. :lol

I was SHOCKED when I moved from Jordan to the U.S and found out that there is no such thing as Ketchup Chips here :(

but yeah, Salt & Vinegar is the best.

Yep, you nailed it! It's the best, we call it a énitoup (french) over here in Canada.
You take french fries, cheese, some trailmix nuts, and then layer it with caramel topping. It's amazing!

tee hee :lol

Ketchup chips! Damn I wish I had some.
They don't have them in America but they have something similar in Mexico. The only difference is that the chips are cut like shoestring fries. So good:)
(why the fuck haven't I just put ketchup on plain potato chips yet?)

Ketchup chips I think would be the biggest one. I didn't know that Americans don't have sour patch kids or sour keys. Do Americans just don't have sour candy?

We have sour patch kids and a ton of various sour candies. I have never seen the keys though.

So you mean to tell me that you cannot find Dare branded Maple Cookies anywhere?[/IMG]

They sell Dare cookies up here, yes, but dear God what on Earth is that delicious cookie?! I have never seen that in a store before.

it's sort of like biting into an orgasm. the first bite is so tantalizing and delicious that you immediately crave more and that "just one" becomes 10. each one leaves you strangely satisfied and unsatisfied, desiring more and more and more until at last you're fatter than moses on crack and you're put on a diet.

Y'know, this is why I gave up junk food, guys. Now I have to go scour the city to see if they exist here. :(

Yes

I live right by Frito Lay HQ and Cadbury/Dr. Pepper HQ so I get so much test crap :lol and things that others don't get some times.

That's the thing... we don't seem to have those chips in Ontario either.
I need them!
They're almost as good as these:

I am astounded that ketchup chips are not available in America. I grew up on those things and thought they were a global phenomena this whole time.

Seriously, import my Yankee friends.

Smarties in canada are chocolate? The ones I see around here are like little sugar wafer things.

Most of the other candies in this thread can be found in specialty shops in So Cal, but not like some corner store.

Absolutely garbage chips. I felt like i was gonna throw up after half a bag. The flavoring is way to aggressive. It's not that its too hot or wtv, its just i feel like the chips are covered in inches of flavor powder.

Wow, seems like half of our candy and chip varieties in Canada are different than the States. I never really pay too much attention when I visit.

Ketchup Chips are indeed awesome.

Indeed, your Smarties we call Rockets.

And yes, ketchup chips rule all.

Smarties are disgusting though. They are mostly all candy shell and little to no chocolate. M and M's are infinitely better.

Milk in a bag rocks. Ketchup chips rock. Sour Keys rock the faces off of anything on earth! And poutine is a god damn god send from the heavens above!

Too bad I live in a country where they have the audacity to sell THIS

Strawberry chocolate covered cheetos. BLECH.

So true. And American Smarties are like the best candy ever. It's just powdered sugar packed with a bit of souring agent.

Unfortunately, we have an abundance of sour candy. I, personally, find sour candy to be disgusting.

poutine is so nasty.

After seeing pictures... I really want to try it. I could try to make some, but I'm a horrible cook. Any places in Cali with poutine? Doubtful, but who knows.
