I have no idea how much snow I just finished shoveling, but I suspect my shoulder and back will let me know tomorrow morning.
You dug that out? What a beast.whytemyke said:My car this morning. Then I spent forever digging it out just to have work tell me that they decided not to open today.

The worst is the cold. The wind was already pretty brutal and it's only going to get colder tonight. I gotta give props to the CTA, I still saw buses running despite all of this.
Here's hoping I can work from home tomorrow.

It's sunny and blue skies today and one fantastic thing about Colorado and a south facing house, my driveway and sidewalk is all melted off while my neighbors across the street can't leave their houses without the fear of breaking bones on the ice.

Iowa City represent, here. In Oregon now, but I consider Iowa home. I kinda wish I was in Iowa right now, I love crazy weather like this. Fun to see such a big Iowa GAF showing.GDJustin said:Re: Ames, Iowa - There is actually a big Iowa contingent on GAF. There's a handful of peeps from Iowa City, too.
I lived in Cedar Rapids / Iowa City until I moved to San Francisco ~3 years ago.
