Anybody watch it? Season 1 and 2 are available on Netflix and season 2 is getting updated weekly.

It is crass, it is juvenile, but I'll be damned if it doesn't make me laugh pretty hard at times.
The episode when they lock themselves in the frat(?) house and take a lot of drugs almost had me crying with laughter.

Season 2 hasn't been as good as 1 but it's been getting better recently. The whole show reminds me of Van Wilder which is a guilty pleasure of mine. And Denise Richards has joined the cast for season 2.

For those that have no clue about the show, it's pretty much Varsity Blues but in a College setting and the protagonist is Van Wilder-ish.

Just watched the newest updated epp just now. I love it. Reminds me of me and my friends a lot. Plus that show just makes you want to drink, the girls are hot, and Thad Castle is fucking hilarious.
 
i thought this was related to boise state in some way at first. then after watching it i found it pretty entertaining
 
Every time that I have watched it in the past I've been trashed, so I don't remember very many specifics, but I do remember I laugh a lot when watching this show.

To be honest, I expected the majority of the responses to be this. However I'm loving it. I especially like the character Thad. That guy has me cracking up a lot.

The oreo race had me cringing and in hysterics at the same time.

Edit: And I'm watching S2: Episode 7 right now and this one is reminiscent of season 1. Hopefully they keep this up. Still have the recent one to watch to see if they can.
 
I watched all of the first season and have seen bits of the second. I think the show is fantastic and really under rated. Some of the episodes (like the one you mentioned) are hilarious.

So yeah, good show, if you don't find it funny I feel deep sorrow for the lack of humor in your life. They say people without a sense of humor die young.
 
I find it funny and true of my life (current state college student myself) but i'm usually drunk while watching it at like 3 in the morning.

Depends on your definition. Let's start with the most pertinent question (and ones I made up in my head)...
Q: Is it funny?
A: IMO, yes.
Q: Is it well acted?
A: Pretty good for TV.
Q: Now be honest... Is the show good?
A: Once again, IMO... Yes.

Now to the other parts...
Q: Are there scantily clothed women in the show?
A: Yes.
And men. The show doesn't care

Q: But I want to see full on nudity. Will I get that here?
A: No. It's on regular cable TV in the US (and possibly other countries). There are plenty of other outlets for your needs.
 
I watched a couple of episodes on Netflix. I'll get back to it eventually
probably never.

Oh and Sam Jones III isn't in the second season because he's probably going to jail.
 
Don't know why they aren't more posts. This show is some of the funniest shit i've ever seen. the newest episode was amazing.

It's not that good. It's cheap lowbrow stuff, and I hate myself for chuckling at it.
 
I think the show is pretty funny at times. Thad is the best part of the show along with the spanish dude.
 
Anyone watch the season finale last night? I'm gonna catch up on it tonight. Frickin love this show its just so much stupid funny. Its so crazy the storylines they come up with.
 
i was wondering whether there was a thread for this.

last nights episode was wierd. it felt like an episode of friday night lights during the game. but other than that, fantastic. donnie laughing during his flashback got me. and the way it ended felt like a series finale, which other than the fact that they havent won the bowl yet, i would be totally fine with(except that there would be no more harmon, which would indeed suck)
 
I just watched this season finale and it was fantastic! it reminded me a lot to some of the epic eps from FNL and it blew me away. the song selection is super, specially the Counterfeit Junkies one (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DPEg8gelBKk) but I'm still looking for some other songs which I haven't been able to recognize (I even tried to look for them at the Spike site)

I hope Spike signs for a fourth season, one of my current favourite comedy shows so far :)

I had to look up what that was, and I must say that sounds like an interesting system. Although I can understand how it could be jarring seeing a college you attended on tv..

Is there any word of a season 4 for bms?
 
Just finished watching season 3 on netflix, shame no one seems to know about this show. I hope there is one more final season. Thad is too funny.
 
I watched a few of the episodes on Netflix, dunno why they got rid of Sam Jones III, he was so good on that show

It was something he did a year for. Its a shame too seeing as hoe his character was just coming around, and he just got rid of that chick.
 
Just finished marothoning this. I believe anyone that doesn't like this show doesn't get it. It's parody. It's aware of itself and tries to just be as outrageous as possible at all times. Shut up an laugh.

Exactly. It's not anything thought provoking, but it's so enjoyable to sit and watch. Just finished the series myself a few weeks ago as well. Started it earlier in the summer when it sounded like it was going to return for a fourth season. Really disappointed that didn't pan out.

No, it's just fucking terrible. It isn't self aware. It's on the same channel as Manswers.

It's definitely a parody of college life. One only needs to look at Thad's character to see this.

Manswers is awful. They try too hard. They are trying to simulate like a bunch of guys drinking in a basement or something.
