The plan in the OP may just be the worst idea to have ever come out of Relationship-Age, and sending flowers was not much better.
It reeks of desperation. Your one-sided emotions will not be healthy for you. And while it will be hard, you have to move on. Give it time and space.
I mean, just read through your own description of this person. And that's who you would want to get married to? Learn to love yourself first. This isn't the end of the world, and finding someone won't be a miraculous path towards happiness. The relationship should be stable enough that marriage wouldn't change the way things are, but rather reaffirm them.
You cannot escape those issue you initially had, as it is more likely than not that they would have kept resurfacing. But once things are over, it is better to move on. And if she no longer has any interest in you, you cannot slowly whittle her down until she submits to your will, whether through guilt or sheer exhaustion; would that be a loving, healthy, and stable relationship? Don't limit yourself to people of a certain scene or a shared interest.
Try to place yourself in someone else's shoes and re-read everything you wrote from a different perspective. And then give yourself time away from anything that relates to her.
