To me she was always the epitome of the perfect beauty, but God didn't want her to be perfect so He gave her toe thumbs. All this surgery is a shame to ruin her youth to look plastic. I'm assuming someone told her to start young so you'll maintain the same look til you're 50.

didn't you see the op? she was disfiguredl, and fairly hideous. when i saw the TMNT trailer the first time i mistook her to be one of the ninja turtles.
she looks a lot better now that she's using less make up. the natural look really suits her.

I wouldn't say she was flawless. But she certainly looked beautiful. As for surgery I can only imagine the immense amount of pressure put on actresses to retain their youthful looks. The sad irony is they all start to look like each other. Especially the noses.
Also a lot of these type of actresses are probably aware that many of them end up on the scrapheap for certain roles by age 40 which is shocking.
Something that never happens to their male counterparts.
Right? Like their cheeks are raised to hide their eyes and their lips get puffy. It basically looks like that scene from the Nutty Professor where he transforms back into being fat during a date.

Right... Her thumb which she didn't have surgery on like you said. She was seen as one of Hollywood's hottest women. I don't call near universal praising of one's looks picking them apart.

The comments in this thread are indicative of the reasons she may have pursued surgery.
It is easy to say "How could she do that? She was beautiful." but the reality is, especially when your job involves your looks that you are hypersensitive about them. That isn't narcissism, it is an obvious extension of the world she is in. If people were generally less nit picky and more positive about looks this would be less prevalent.
