So....What is going on with Katt Williams?

Dave Chappelle's comments about the entertainment industry are becoming more and more believable to me. The Illuminati stuff is scary.

Dave Chappelle has talked about how the wealth and fame that people can attain within the entertainment industry, and all the access it gives them, leads to an unnatural, sick, and corrupt environment. It's a critique of capitalism, if anything. There's no need to inject any "Illuminati" nonsense into it.

Has hiring suge as your manager ever worked out for someone in the long run?

Nope. Not once.

Enzo_GT: Someone with a napoleon complex who is trying too hard to prove their gangster cred. I guess when you get butt fucked in a gansta-comedy movie, your credibility takes a nosedive. Katt has some serious deep rooted issues.

I saw a show of his on Netflix. It was the biggest, self promoting piece of shit I have seen in comedy for years. Interviews in the limo, footage of like one dude recognizing him in the mall, crap like that. And the stand-up segments were atrocious. But my friend swears by him. I am not in that wavelength at all.

Also he whipped a guy in the audience with his microphone. (Video included)

http://www.tmz.com/2012/12/10/katt-williams-microphone-attack-video/

WHEN WILL IT STOP??? Just days after bitch-slapping a Target employee last week, Katt Williams unleashed microphone fury on an unsuspecting audience member, knocking the man upside the head with his mouthpiece ... HARD ... and TMZ has video of the attack.

Katt was performing at the Paramount Theater in Seattle last Friday at the time -- and judging from the video, Katt was upset because the victim was recording his show.

Katt subsequently addressed the audience saying, "It could happen to you. Record me and see what happens to you. Go home and get your raggedy pistol and bring it back. I already got mine."

The victim -- a man named Carlos Casto-Lino -- has since filed a $250,000 lawsuit against Katt and the theater ... claiming Katt gave him a concussion and left him with contusions on his head.

Calls to Katt's camp weren't returned -- but based on his recent string of crazy behavior, we're guessing he gives zero craps about anything.

That wasn't his best. Dude is (was) hilarious though. He was in my city last month and I wanted to see him but tickets were $250. Maybe it's a good thing that I didn't go. I can buy better things for $250 than a whip to the face with a microphone.

It's all honestly sounding like a setup to gain attention for upcoming shows.

Holy crap I didn't realize Katt charged $250 for show tix. That's more expensive than a 3 day music festival like ACL or Bonaroo. Especially considering his current state of affairs, who would buy tickets to a show now? There's about a 50% chance he'll cancel, a 45% chance he'll get on stage and try to pick fights with audience members the whole time, and a 5% chance the show goes smoothly as planned. Katt, you need a year or two off...and since you wont do it willingly, unfortunately you'll probably spend that time in prison

The dude can sell out multiple shows in the same city on the same weekend.

The idea that any of this is purposeful is not a sound one to say the least.

Building a reputation for:
- Not showing up at shows
- Showing up and quickly leaving
- Causing fans to sue you and the venue's you perform at

Is a recipe for getting blacklisted from major promoters.. for having no-one willing to insure you as an artist, and for having no fans willing to spend money on tickets.

All of this potentially signals the end of a career that was still likely making him loads of money. Comedians who can sell out 2-3 shows at the Paramount in Seattle are making millions a year, they don't need to "attract attention" in this manner.

He's probably subconciously trying to get locked up because that's the only way he can get off this tour. Next he'll probably fire some live rounds at a show, I'm calling it now.

To be fair, nobody thought Andy Kaufman's troll antics were funny at the time, either.

I mean, what's more likely:

-He's pullin a "Kaufman" in the hopes that we'll all look back on him and say what a master of comedy he was.

-He's got serious drug problems and is mentally unhinged.

And no one gave a shit about Kaufman's troll antics until he died. If Katt dies it'll be an overdose or he hit the wrong muthafucker.

I agree that it's most likely an actual meltdown. But it would be funny if it came out that he planned it all.

I mean, he slapped a Target cashier and then drove off on a mobility scooter. That shit would be even funnier if we knew he wasn't actually messed up in the head.

There was a story on another message board I post at (Cleveland Browns) about an incident, haha

Here's a story that happened the other day and now it's all over the news. There was a crazy scene at the World Sports Grill in Seattle on Sunday with this little guy (didn't realize he was "celebrity" comedian, Katt Williams). I go to this place every Sunday to watch the Browns and there's like 100 fans every week - same nice people. This guy was bothering people, yapping constantly about random stuff, saying he was gonna buy drinks for all (didn't), super loud, circling the bar with a pool cue in hand, looking out the windows all paranoid, very manic behavior. He had words with me when he saw me shaking my head at him. He called me out as a Mitt Romney look alike which was pretty funny. And I countered by calling him Little Richard which made everyone laugh.

People at the bar heard he was a comedian and maybe doing a sketch or something but there were no cameras and there was nothing funny about him with his coked out behavior in front of his kids

No question he was on drugs and I guess he's been arrested a lot lately and was booted from several Seattle hotels. He's all of 5'5"....but he had some guys floating around and it was all pretty sketchy. He threatened the bar manager with the pool cue and threw a rock at a passing car with a family in it that he yelled at when they were trying to leave. It was totally surreal.

The infamous (Tupac/Biggie murder rumors) Suge Knight was there too trying to talk sense into him and keep him from getting arrested. He's his manager. Knight is an absolutely huge dude (prob 6'5", 300+) and the comedian came up to me with him and said to Knight - "this is the guy that was talking sh!7 about me". Because I had talked to the cops about my
concerns when they showed up looking for him. Knight didn't even so much as look at me or say a word but it was clear the little guy was trying to intimidate me. I didn't know what was going on so I left after the comedian got arrested. He was resisting arrest and the cop grabbed him by the throat, lifted him off the ground and threw him in the squad car...the whole scene was crazy, lots of people were watching & taking pics/videos. It's all over the news if you Google "Kat Williams". So I just went to the bar to watch a Browns game and got to see this guy in full meltdown mode. Look for him on "Celebrity" Rehab soon...

Damn...so the little asshole is using Suge Knight as some kind of crutch?

What a biggity bitch.

I'm talking about Katt Williams, of course.
