I'm Dominican and we are known for socks + sandals...actually that's what I'm wearing right now.

I'm Dominican and this is the first time I'm hearing that we're known for this. I've never worn socks with flip flops or sandals in my life, I have seen maybe one or two kids using em but that is extremely rare to almost never happening. Honestly I just never wear sandals anymore, its either sneakers shoes or some flip flops.
