Personally, as hard as I've tried, and I've tried many times, I completely fail to notice a difference between 320kbps MP3 and FLAC, with Sennheiser headphones on. Just another thing people won't care about that Sony is weirdly banking on.

Hi-Res audio is already introduced... this is just new products for it.

It has new hardware so you can notice the difference when you load high res audio file.
