I guess Driveclub wasn't the success people were telling me it was the other day. This is really unsurprising news to be honest. Evolution really botched the DC launch, and never recovered apparently. Besides, the racing genre is really in the dumps all around. I guess Sony found no financial sense in having a racing studio other than Polyphony.

As regarding Driveclub, we unfortunately live in a world where a game's reputation lives and dies by how it launches 99 times out of 100. Most people who follow the industry more casually will probably not be aware how much the game has improved.
