It seems to work though. If you just drag it opens the app, I guess if you just simply tap it gets you to the notifications app.

Yea actually probably not so good. It may work better if they make the text a little smaller. They probably want close in the right corner because maybe they figure the largest amount of users will be windows users.

I bet they go with a lot of the same "styles". Obviously it'll need to be more console friendly but I the vita's UI is very inviting, has lots of good design cues. I'm sure they'll eventually get around to a big update for the consoles.
